Program

Gala concert
On Sunday 30 July we'll end the festival with a spectacular Gala Concert with featuring the Million Wind Philharmonic and guest artists conducted by Steven Verhelst and Damrih Banawitayakit. This year's Gala Concert will include a world premiere written and conducted by Steven Verhelst.

Ensemble participation

Playing together is a big tradition at the TITF. Steven Verhelst will rehearse with perform conducting the TITF23 participants choir playing his own music. There will be mass choir but also smaller ensembles divided by age and level. If you come with your university choir give us a message and we'll give you a podium in the festival!

Guest artist recitals

During the TITF23 there will be several guest artist recitals. The opening recital will feature each guest artist. On Sunday Peter Steiner will show his artistry in his recital and this year's festival will feature a special -all Steven Verhelst repertoire recital with some exciting surprises!

Clinics

The guest artists will give clinics in which a multitude of subjects will be discussed. Feel free to ask questions and join the discussion. Subjects such as performance anxiety, audition preparation, technical aspects of trombone playing, improvising etc. will be part of these clinics.

Open masterclasses, speed lessons, warming-ups

There will be enough time to share and learn at the TITF23. Guest artists will provide open masterclasses, speed lessons and warming-ups. You can enroll for the open masterclasses and speed lessons at the festival registration on the first day of the TITF23.
